We ship orders within Canada only, with most in-stock items processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Pickup details and hours will be confirmed by email. Orders are held for up to seven days, and government-issued ID matching the order name is required at pickup. All items must be inspected at the time of pickup, as acceptance confirms the goods are received in satisfactory condition.
