We ship orders within Canada only, with most in-stock items processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are made Ex Works (our warehouse), meaning ownership and risk transfer to you once the order is released to the carrier. All items must be inspected at the time of pickup, as acceptance confirms the goods are received in satisfactory condition.
