We ship orders within Canada only, with most in-stock items processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are made Ex Works (our warehouse), meaning ownership and risk transfer to you once the order is released to the carrier. Customer pickup is available by prior arrangement at select locations (Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Stratford, and Dartmouth) and typically requires two business days after payment to prepare your order. Pickup details and hours will be confirmed by email. Orders are held for up to seven days, and government-issued ID matching the order name is required at pickup. All items must be inspected at the time of pickup, as acceptance confirms the goods are received in satisfactory condition.
